General
Azayemna is a digital invitation platform in the United Arab Emirates. You design an animated invitation, Azayemna sends it to each guest by name on WhatsApp, and every guest gets a personal entry pass that is scanned once at the door. Building it and sharing its link are free. A send is AED 4 for each guest.
Weddings, milcha, henna, graduations, new arrivals, majlis gatherings, and work events. The gallery is arranged by occasion.
No. The invitation arrives in WhatsApp and opens with one tap. We ask them for no sign up and no password.
Yes. The site and the designs run in Arabic and English, and you choose the language of each invitation on its own.
Designing and editing take minutes. The longer part is usually gathering the guest names.
Yes, and the preview holds nothing back. Building it and sharing its link cost nothing, and payment starts only at the send.
Yes. One event carries two sides, each with its own venue, time, guest list, and passes, and the replies reach you split by side.
Yes. Both readings appear together, the Hijri by Umm al-Qura and the Gregorian, on the invitation and on the entry pass.
Yes. Any working WhatsApp number receives the invitation, whether it is Emirati, Gulf, or from outside the region, and the guest opens it the same way.
The invitation opens from a link with one tap, with no app and no account, and you can share the free link by any channel you already use to reach them.
Prices
You pay per guest you send to. A send is AED 4 a guest, and AED 5 with an entry pass. Building it and sharing its link cost nothing, however many drafts you make.
The whole invitation, and one link to share. Whoever opens the link watches it play on our page and repeat, with a light watermark on it. There is no download, and there are no entry passes.
No. There is no download here: no image, no video, no file. The free option gives you one link that opens the invitation, and on the paid one we send it ourselves to each guest on WhatsApp, in their name.
No. There is no subscription and no fixed fee. Your account stays open at no cost even if you send nothing.
It does not expire. You top up the amount you want at one rate, and whatever is left from one event waits for the next.
No. The rate is the same for everyone, with no packs and no volume discount. We would rather have one clear price than a pack table.
Not because we cost less. Bulk printing is cheaper per card. The difference is that each guest gets their own invitation by name on their phone, with a pass of their own, and you see who confirmed and who arrived without asking anyone.
Unused credit is refunded within fourteen days of the top up, to the same payment method. Messages that already went out are not refundable because their cost was spent. If the fault is ours, we refund it in full.
No. The price is per invitation delivered, not per guest who comes, and an invitation costs us the moment it goes out on WhatsApp, whatever the answer is afterwards. What is put right is an invitation that never arrived at all: those are listed on the order page with their reason, and they are not yours to pay for.
We issue an invoice for every top up and you download it from your account. Value added tax is added only if we are registered for it, and the invoice says so.
Two hundred guests cost AED 800 to send, and AED 1,000 with entry passes. You pay for the guests you actually send to, with no pack bought up front.
AED 4 sends the invitation in the guest's name. AED 5 adds an entry pass that is scanned at the door for each guest who confirms.
You pay by card in United Arab Emirates dirhams on a secure checkout page, and by phone wallet where it is supported. The invoice downloads from your account after each top up.
You book on a confirmed number instead of a guess, because replies arrive with the companion count and the real arrivals are counted at the door. You see the gap between who confirmed and who came.
Sending
The first is the invitation itself as an image or a video, with the guest's name inside the design. The second is their entry pass. Keeping them apart makes the pass easy to find in the chat on the day.
After the guest confirms. Anyone who apologises gets no pass, and it is not charged to you.
We do not charge you for a message that did not arrive. You see the status next to every name, fix the number, and send again.
Yes. Send a test to your own number and see it the way your guest will see it before you send to everyone.
You can edit the event details, and anyone who opens the invitation afterwards sees the new version. Messages already delivered stay as they are in the chat.
Yes. WhatsApp requires a real relationship between you and the people you message, and we ask you to confirm that before every send. Bought lists are not allowed.
Azayemna sends each guest their invitation by name on WhatsApp from the platform, not from your personal number. On the free option there is one link you share yourself by any channel.
Replies appear as they come in, with the companion count and a running total, and watching the replies costs nothing. You pay only at the send.
Yes. You can invite a co-host who adds and manages guests for this one event, and give other people a door code that only scans at the entrance.
Passes and entry
A code that belongs to one guest, sent in their message and scanned at the door. The name appears for your staff, and the count goes up.
No. The pass and the door scanning are a paid thing on their own, and they are the difference between the two paid prices. The free option carries no passes and no door.
The pass works once. A second scan is refused and the reason shows on the screen, so forwarding gains nobody anything.
The guest list is saved on the device when the scanner opens, and checking happens locally. The records sync as soon as the connection returns.
Whoever you choose. You create a door code for each person, it works only for your event, and you can cancel it whenever you want.
Only if you allow it. You set how many people each guest may bring, and their pass carries that number.
No. The pass stays in the guest's chat on their phone, and they open it at the door. We ask for no printing.
Privacy
Encrypted with us, and reachable only from your account. We treat them as personal data under the UAE data protection law.
No. We use them to send your invitation and nothing else. We do not sell them and we do not market to them.
Yes. Delete the event or the account, and we remove the data tied to it from our live systems on a published schedule.
Whoever received the message or the link. The link opens for anyone holding it, so share it only with the people you want. Your event is not listed anywhere public and it does not show in search engines.
