Terms of service
Other documents
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Azayemna, including our website at azayemna.com, the host dashboard, invitation pages, door check-in tools, and related services. By creating an account, accepting a helper invitation, or otherwise using Azayemna, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Azayemna is a digital invitation and guest-management platform. A host builds an animated invitation from a template, shares it, collects replies, and manages the guest side of an event, including door check-in, from one dashboard.
Azayemna is a product of Delivvo Computer System Development, a sole establishment holding Abu Dhabi Economic Licence (Freelance) number CN-6512437, issued by the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi Registration Authority. Azayemna is owned and operated by Delivvo. In these Terms, "Azayemna," "we," "us," and "our" mean that operator. "You" means the person or business using the service. You can reach us through the Support area on azayemna.com.
What Azayemna is, and is not
Azayemna provides software tools to design invitations, send them, collect replies, issue entry passes, and check guests in. We are the software provider. You remain responsible for your event, the guests you invite, the accuracy of what you enter, and the way you use the service.
Azayemna is not an event planner, a messaging carrier, or a security service for your venue. The QR entry passes and the door scanner are convenience tools with the properties described in our documentation. They are not a guarantee against every form of misuse at your door.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to hold an Azayemna host account. The age of legal majority in the UAE is 18 Gregorian years under the Civil Transactions Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 25 of 2025). You agree to give accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for your sign-in method and for activity under your account. Sign-in is by one-time passcode, with an optional password you may add. Tell us through Support if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account.
Hosts, guests, and helpers
- A host creates and owns an event and everything in it.
- A guest opens an invitation link, replies, and receives an entry pass, without an account.
- A helper is a person a host delegates for a single event, either to manage guests or to scan at the door, with access scoped to that event and, where used, that side.
When you invite a guest or add guest details, you confirm that you may share that person's information with us to run the event. You are responsible for the guest data you upload and for telling your guests what you collect when they reply.
Guest data is your responsibility
Azayemna acts as a processor for the guest information a host uploads and manages, and the host is the controller of that data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). You decide what guest data to collect, why, and how long to keep it. You are responsible for the lawful basis to contact your guests, including any consent required to message them. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Credits, pricing, and payment
Azayemna is sold on a pay-per-event and credits basis, not a subscription.
- We offer a free allowance so you can try the product.
- Publishing an event, and running a managed per-guest send, consume credits or a per-event fee.
- Credits are added when you buy them, consumed when you take a paid action, and do not expire. Every movement is recorded in your account.
- Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency displayed at checkout. We honor the price shown at the time of purchase.
- For a managed per-guest send, the cost is calculated from the number of recipients at the time of sending.
- When you pay us, we are the seller. Card details are handled by the payment gateway on its own secure surface, and we do not store your card number.
Value Added Tax
Prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless a price is marked as VAT-inclusive. VAT registration in the UAE is mandatory once taxable supplies pass AED 375,000 over twelve months, and voluntary above AED 187,500. Where the operator is not registered for VAT, no VAT is charged. If and when the operator becomes VAT-registered, VAT is added at the standard rate then in force, the price display is updated to show it, and a tax invoice is provided on request.
If a payment fails or an action would exceed your balance, we may pause that action until the balance is topped up.
Your consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020) and its Executive Regulation (Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023) give you, and nothing in these Terms removes them. In short, we describe the service accurately before you buy, we honor the price shown, and if a paid service is defective or not as described, you are entitled to have it put right or refunded. Refund detail is in the Refund Policy.
Sending over WhatsApp
Azayemna offers two ways to send an invitation.
- The free link. We give you one link to your invitation, which you send from your own WhatsApp or anywhere else. Opening the link plays the invitation on a page we host, carrying a watermark. No file of any kind is produced, so there is nothing to download, and this path is subject to WhatsApp's own terms for your account. It is free.
- Managed send. Through the WhatsApp Business API, we send each guest a personalized invitation on your behalf and track delivery and replies.
For any message you cause to be sent through Azayemna, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those recipients. The UAE rules on unsolicited electronic communications, set by the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), require documented prior consent for marketing messages and a working way to opt out. You confirm that you hold the consent needed for the guests you upload, and you agree to honor opt-out requests promptly. We may suspend a send that appears to break these rules.
Your content and our platform
You keep ownership of the content you add: names, photos, event details, guest records, and messages. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only to run the service for you and your guests.
Azayemna and its licensors own the platform itself, including the software, the interface, and the invitation templates and their motion assets. A template is licensed to you for use in your own events through the product. You may not extract, resell, or redistribute a template or its assets outside the service.
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of what you upload. Use of the service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
Entry passes and door check-in
The door tools issue a signed entry pass per guest and validate it at the door, including offline. The pass is designed so it cannot be forged and can be revoked. It is a tool to help you admit the right guests, not a promise that no one will ever attempt misuse at a physical door. You remain in charge of your venue and your door staff.
Availability, changes, and beta features
We work to keep Azayemna available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, change, or remove features. Some features may be labeled beta or early access and may change more often.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Azayemna at any time and may delete your account from the product. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or our policies, if your use creates a security or legal risk, if the law requires it, or if amounts due are not paid after notice. Where reasonable, we will ask you to fix the issue first.
Warranty disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azayemna is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything important to you. This does not affect the consumer rights described above, which apply where the law grants them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azayemna is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities. Our total liability arising from the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid us nothing in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including a consumer's mandatory rights.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Azayemna and its operator from third-party claims arising out of your content, your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your relationship with your own guests, including a claim that you messaged guests without a lawful basis. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own willful misconduct or material breach.
Electronic transactions and notices
You agree that we may use electronic records and communications for the service, including approvals, receipts, and notices. Under the UAE Electronic Transactions and Trust Services Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021), electronic records and signatures are valid and admissible, and your electronic acceptance of these Terms is binding. We may send you operational, billing, and legal notices by email or in the product, so keep your contact details current.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or the service, are governed by the federal law of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The competent courts of Abu Dhabi (Abu Dhabi Judicial Department), the emirate where the operator is licensed, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under UAE law. Before filing a claim, both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve the matter by written notice through the Support area on azayemna.com.
Language
We publish these Terms in Arabic and English. Arabic is the official language of the UAE and prevails before the UAE courts, so if there is any conflict between the two versions, the Arabic version governs.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will post the updated Terms, revise the date above, and may notify you in the product or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
