Can you make a design just for me?
Yes. If the gallery does not have what you want, we make a design for you alone, a card or an invitation site. You pay one fee for the design, and sending is the usual price per guest.
How do I ask for one?
From Request a custom design in your account. Name the occasion and the language, describe what you have in mind, and attach pictures, short clips or a PDF if you like. We reply with the price in Support and by email.
What do I pay?
One fee for the design, paid once. It is final once paid, because the work starts then. Sending it to guests is a separate order at the usual price per guest.
Who sees my design?
Only you. It arrives in your account, and nobody else finds it in the gallery.
What happens to the files I attach?
We use them for your design only and delete them ninety days after the request closes.
