What happens to my data, and how do I delete my account?
Your designs, events and guests stay as they are for as long as your account exists. From Settings you can take a copy of your data or delete the account.
How long do my invitations and guests stay?
Until you delete them. Nothing you own is removed or archived on a timer, however far away your event is.
What is removed after a send?
Only the copy of the numbers that send used, thirty days after it. Your contacts, your event, and each guest's link and reply stay.
Can I take a copy of my data?
Yes, from Settings: one file with everything we hold about you.
How do I delete my account?
From Settings, with a confirmation code we email you. It removes every invitation, list and guest number, and any opens left, and it cannot be undone.
What stays after I delete it?
Your invoices. They stay as issued, with your name and email on them, because the law makes us keep tax records.
