What does Azayemna keep about your guests?
Azayemna keeps a guest's name, phone number and reply. The number is encrypted before it is written and is never stored in the clear.
What exactly is held?
The name, the phone number in encrypted form, the country the number belongs to, the reply with the companion count, and whether the entry pass was scanned at the door.
What is not held?
No guest account and no stored video. Azayemna makes each guest's video, hands it to WhatsApp, and deletes its own copy.
Who can read a guest list?
You, from your account. Anyone you hand a door link sees the names and numbers of that one event's guests, to let them in, and nothing else. We do not sell a guest list or market to your guests.
How long is it kept?
While your account exists. The copy of the numbers a send used is removed thirty days after it, and your contacts stay until you remove them.
