How does the invitation reach my guests on WhatsApp?
Azayemna sends each invitation on WhatsApp from its own number, not from yours. Each guest gets the invitation, and a second message with the entry pass when you buy the door.
Who sends the messages?
We do, from the platform's number. You never hold a file and never send anything by hand. On the free option there is one link that you share yourself.
What does the guest see in the chat?
A card arrives as a video and a premium site as a cover picture. Each comes with a button that opens the guest's own link, with no app and no account.
What if a message does not arrive?
A message that fails because of us is sent again at no charge. A number that is not on WhatsApp is listed on the order page with its reason and is not refunded, so check your numbers before you pay.
Can I try it before sending to everyone?
Yes. Send a test to your own number first.
Can I send to any number?
Only to people you know. WhatsApp requires a real relationship between you and the people you message, and we ask you to confirm it before every send. Bought lists are not allowed.
