A guest replies on their own link, opened from the button in the WhatsApp message. Replies close twenty four hours before the event.
How does a guest reply?
They open the invitation from the button in the message and choose coming or not, and how many people are with them. Each answer saves as they give it, with no account and no app.
Where do I see the replies?
On your guest list, as they come in, with the companion count and a running total.
When do replies close?
Twenty four hours before the event, so the list you print is true. The page tells the guest so before they answer, and they can change their answer until it closes.
Can I change a name a guest wrote?
Yes, always. A guest may write their own name when they reply, and you can write over it on your list.
Does the door close with the list?
No. An entry pass still works at the door after replies close, and a guest who declined and turns up still scans in.
